Paying for an Order

All prices on this website are in US dollars. Payment is required in US dollars.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, e-checks, personal checks, and money orders (see below for more details). We do not accept COD payments.

Customers in the state of Iowa will pay 7% sales tax on all items ordered unless the customer provides proof of tax-exempt status.

Ready-made Items

All orders must be paid in full before we ship.

Custom Orders

We require (1) a down payment or (2) your credit card information before starting a custom project.

Option 1: For sleigh bell projects, the minimum down payment is $50 for projects involving 1-9 bells, $100 for 10-19 bells, $150 for 20-29 bells, and $200 for 30 or more bells. For other custom orders, a minimum 50% down payment is required. You are welcome to pay with a personal check or money order, either enclosed with your bells or mailed separately. The balance is due when the project is completed and ready to ship.

Option 2: You may pay with a credit card or PayPal account. Please provide your name, billing address, phone and either your PayPal email address or your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. We will bill your credit card or send you a PayPal invoice for the full amount when your order is ready to ship.

The most convenient and secure way to place your order is through our online shopping cart. You can provide your payment information during checkout or you can choose "Pay by phone, mail or fax" during checkout then call or fax your payment information separately.

If you would like to place your order by contacting us directly, we recommend sending your credit card information by phone, fax, or regular mail. If you must send your credit card information by email, consider breaking the information into two or more messages to minimize the security risk.

Check or Money Order

You are welcome to mail a personal check or money order in US dollars. Please make it out to Classic Bells Ltd. You can use our online shopping cart to set up your order -- choose "Pay by phone, mail or fax" when checking out, then mail your payment.

If you order by contacting us directly, please provide your name, shipping address, phone, email, and order details, along with your payment. Orders will not ship until your check clears. If you need faster shipping, please pay with a credit card or PayPal balance.

E-Check

We can accept electronic bank debit (e-check) payments. Place an order through our online shopping cart and choose PayPal Express as your payment method. We are not able to set up e-check payments for phone, fax, or mail orders. Orders will not ship until your e-check clears. If you need faster shipping, please pay with a credit card or PayPal balance.

COD Payments

We regret that we do not accept COD payments.
